Prices depend on the type of project but you can be sure that the money you're paying is for effective and efficient marketing designs.    What types of payment do you accept? We accept major credit cards and bank wires through PayPal.    What are your payment terms? We require 50% of the cost up front to start the project with the final 50% due when the project is delivered.   What is the client's involvement in the design process? Your Design Consultant will thoroughly discuss the project at hand with you from the beginning.  We encourage you to supply any samples and ideas you may have.  During the design process, you will be asked to approve certain milestones before work continues.  At the conclusion of a project, you can request the project in various formats.    How do I check on the progress of my project during the design process? You will be kept abreast of the progress of your project through the approval process.  Your Design Consultant will present the project to you at certain stages, or milestones, and wait for approval before continuing work.  We find that this process will keep you involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication.  In between these milestones, you are free to call in to get an update.    How will I receive my design project once it is finished? A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment.  At your request, Feechi will supply the electronic files to you on CD or through e-mail.  We also keep a copy of your project on file should you lose your copy.    Who owns the copyright for work done for me? Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment.  Feechi does, however, reserve the right to use any work for Feechi's promotional purposes.  I needed something designed yesterday.  Can you help me? We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is.  To be fair to other clients, if a project already in production is interrupted by a rush job, Feechi reserves the right to add an additional 50% on top of the normal price.  Are there any types of businesses you won't do work for? Feechi reserves the right to deny a project that contains questionable content and intent; this includes projects with nudity, profanity, and content that is discriminating, unlawful or hurtful.
